Raised in SW Florida his whole life, Jacob graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Florida with a Business Degree in 2006. Upon Graduation, Jacob moved back to Sunny SW Florida and started his career in the Construction Industry. He then earned his real estate license in 2009 and his Brokers license in 2011. Since becoming a Broker, Jacob has been a part of over 1,500 transactions and over 325 million in sales and has gained a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of real estate – Land Development and Permitting, New Construction, Investments – Both Short and Long Term, Property Management and Overall Residential Sales. Jacob also gives back to his profession as he has served as a Board of Director for the Royal Palm Coast Realtor Association and Florida Realtors, been a Panelist for the Annual Top Gun Real Estate Event and is currently a Golden R member for the Realtor Political Action Committee!
Outside of Real Estate, Jacob is married to his wife Megan of 15 Years and has three beautiful Children – Brody, Blake And Callie – Hence BB&C Realty! He is also very involved with Local Baseball Organizations as a Coach and Dad for his 2 sons in travel baseball and enjoys rooting on his daughter in Soccer! “Real Estate is not a job to me!
